The Business Analysis Director will oversee a team of analysts to uncover actionable insights that will shape the company’s countertrade strategies.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business analysis strategies to identify potential countertrade opportunities and partners.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Scouts and Industry Matchmakers, to ensure a cohesive approach to identifying and engaging with potential business partners.
- Direct the analysis of economic, industry, and market trends to forecast potential impacts on countertrade operations.
- Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management, supporting the company’s countertrade objectives and goals.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Additional qualifications in data analysis or strategic planning are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or strategic planning, with a significant portion focused on international trade or countertrade operations.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of analysts.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a track record of translating complex data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Monthly Salary: $12,000, translating to an annual salary of $144,000.
