Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is actively seeking a qualified Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO) Specialist to play a pivotal role in the successful execution of BTO projects. As a BTO Specialist, you will contribute to the planning, construction, and operational phases of projects with a focus on seamless transitions and sustainable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive plans for BTO projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
- Construction Support: Collaborate with construction teams, providing expertise and support to ensure the successful completion of build phases.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage the operational phase, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial assessments, budgeting, and cost analysis for BTO projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project alignment. - Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and responsibilities during the transition phase of BTO projects.
- Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks associated with BTO initiatives, implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in contributing to BTO projects, preferably in a specialist role.
- Familiarity with construction and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $8,500, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $102,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
