Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of BOT projects. As a BOT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction, operation, and transfer phases of BOT initiatives, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for BOT projects, outlining timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Construction Oversight: Manage the construction phase, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality, and monitoring progress.
- Operation Management: Oversee the operational phase of BOT projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the agreed-upon duration.
- Financial Management: Monitor project finances, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, to facilitate project success.
Transfer Process: Lead the transfer of project ownership to the designated entity, ensuring a seamless transition. - Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks associated with BOT projects, implementing proactive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing BOT projects from inception to completion.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $108,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
