Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is searching for a skilled Build-Operate-Own-Transfer (BOOT) Coordinator to facilitate the successful execution of BOOT projects. As a BOOT Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, operation, ownership, and eventual transfer of projects, ensuring seamless transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive plans for BOOT projects, outlining key stages and deliverables.
- Construction Oversight: Manage the construction phase, collaborating with contractors, and ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Operational Management: Oversee the operational phase, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established standards.
- Ownership Responsibilities: Manage the period of project ownership, ensuring compliance with operational and ownership agreements.
- Transfer Process: Facilitate the smooth transfer of project ownership, coordinating with relevant entities for a seamless transition.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks associated with BOOT projects, implementing proactive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating BOOT projects, encompassing construction, operation, and transfer phases.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $108,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
