Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a highly qualified Build-Operate-Own (BOO) Manager to lead and manage BOO projects. As a BOO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, operation, and ownership phases of projects, ensuring successful outcomes and long-term ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for BOO projects, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
- Construction Oversight: Manage the construction phase, collaborating with construction teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership during the operational phase, optimizing processes for efficiency and sustainability.
- Ownership Management: Oversee the ownership phase, ensuring compliance with ownership agreements and maintaining optimal performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, to facilitate project success.
- Transfer Process: Facilitate the smooth transfer of project ownership, coordinating with relevant entities for a seamless transition.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with BOO projects, implementing proactive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing BOO projects from inception to ownership phases.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with construction and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,500, commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $114,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
