Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is in search of a skilled Build-Lease-Transfer (BLT) Specialist to contribute to the success of BLT projects. As a BLT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in project planning, construction oversight, lease management, and the eventual transfer of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive plans for BLT projects, outlining key stages and timelines.
- Construction Oversight: Manage the construction phase, collaborating with construction teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Lease Management: Oversee the lease phase, ensuring adherence to lease agreements and optimizing operational processes.
- Transfer Process: Facilitate the smooth transfer of projects, coordinating with relevant entities for seamless transitions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks associated with BLT projects, implementing proactive measures.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial assessments, budgeting, and cost analysis for BLT projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in contributing to BLT projects, preferably in a specialist role.
- Familiarity with construction and lease management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $8,800, based on experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $105,600, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
