Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is seeking a proficient Build-Lease-Operate (BLO) Coordinator to play a key role in the success of BLO projects. As a BLO Coordinator, you will be responsible for project planning, construction oversight, lease management, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive plans for BLO projects, outlining key stages and timelines.
- Construction Oversight: Manage the construction phase, collaborating with construction teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Lease Management: Oversee the lease phase, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and optimizing operational processes.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth project execution during the operational phase.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Transfer Process: Facilitate the smooth transfer of projects, coordinating with relevant entities for seamless transitions.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks associated with BLO projects, implementing proactive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating BLO projects, with exposure to construction and operational phases.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with lease management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting at $9,200, commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $110,400, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package included.
