Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd invites applications for the role of Application Developer. This position is ideal for a creative and skilled developer who specializes in creating software applications that meet the needs of our users. You will be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As an Application Developer, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for writing clean, scalable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient user interfaces for our applications.
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
- Improve existing software by incorporating new technologies.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Developer, with a strong portfolio of applications or software solutions.
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive package starting at $7,500, based on experience and contribution to application development projects.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $90,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, a retirement savings plan, and generous vacation policies.
