Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is on the lookout for an AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves designing and developing machine learning and deep learning systems, running machine learning tests and experiments, and implementing algorithms. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of data science and software engineering skills, enabling them to transform artificial intelligence concepts into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges.
- Analyze and interpret data for use in machine learning models.
- Implement machine learning algorithms and tools for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to integrate AI/ML models into the existing infrastructure.
- Conduct experiments and tests to optimize models for accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to bring innovation to the company.
- Document AI/ML processes, models, and algorithms for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or TensorFlow) and libraries (like scikit-learn).
- Excellent understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive package starting at $8,500, reflective of the candidate’s skills and experience in the field.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $102,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
