Countertrade Pte Ltd seeks an Agreement Validation Analyst, a crucial role focused on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of countertrade agreements before their finalization and execution. This position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of contractual terms and international trade regulations. The Agreement Validation Analyst will work in tandem with the Contract Execution Manager, Legal Framework Advisor, and Regulatory Compliance Advisor to review and validate all aspects of countertrade agreements, ensuring they meet legal, financial, and operational standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of countertrade agreements to validate their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with international laws and company policies.
- Identify potential discrepancies, ambiguities, or compliance issues within agreements and collaborate with legal and financial teams to address these before execution.
- Develop and maintain a validation checklist based on legal, regulatory, and operational criteria to standardize the review process for all countertrade agreements.
- Provide detailed reports on validation findings and recommendations for adjustments to ensure all agreements are fully compliant and optimized for execution.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and company policies to continuously refine the agreement validation process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for additional qualifications in legal studies or compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract analysis, legal compliance, or a similar role, with specific exposure to international trade agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex contractual documents and identify key legal and financial implications.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the capacity to work methodically under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive agreement validation.
Monthly Salary: $7,500, translating to an annual salary of $90,000.
