Position Summary
Countertrade Pte Ltd is currently seeking an Account Auditor to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records and transactions. The Account Auditor will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the company’s strategic financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of financial accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting findings and providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to implement audit recommendations and improve financial processes.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal control systems.
- Facilitate external audits by providing necessary information and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding financial compliance issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Competitive, starting from $7,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Salary: Starting from $84,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses and advancement.
